We would like to invite you to join our last webinar, which will take place on Monday 30 January 2023 at 1 pm CET via Zoom (Zoom link). The COST Action SOUND control ended on 29 October 2022 and in this final webinar the Chair of COST Action Dr Inge Santman-Berends, will give an overview of the objectives, results and achievements of the project.
Dr Inge Santman-Berends works at GD Animal Health as a senior veterinary epidemiologist and leads the Epidemiology group of GD.
Her work focuses mainly on monitoring and surveillance of cattle health, development of products where data is transformed into valuable information for farmers and veterinarians, and innovation projects carried out at GD Animal Health.
Inge is an enthusiastic researcher who is committed to high quality research and is both scientifically and practically oriented. She loves to add value by translating large amounts of data into practical and understandable information for stakeholders.
Her goal, which is also reflected in the SOUND control COST Action, is to contribute to a livestock industry that focuses on preventive medicine rather than cure and supports high health and animal welfare standards.
