A shiny app to present the results of WP1 has been developed 1

Within WP1 we created an overview of non-regulated cattle diseases in the European Union for which control programmes (CPs) are in place within Member States (MS) (https://sound-control.eu/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/Deliverable-1.1-version-9.pdf).

Within the project, we updated the overview several times. To make the results easier accessible, we created an app, that makes it possible to search within the dataset and to create maps for different diseases.

          Standardizing output-based surveillance to control non-regulated diseases of cattle in the EU. Several countries have implemented programmes to control non-regulated cattle diseases in the EU, impairing the comparison of the confidence of freedom for cattle originating from different countries.
