Professor Xhelil Koleci participated in the 3rd International Conference on Agriculture and Life Sciences held at the Agricultural University of Tirana (AUT), Albania, from 1 to 3 November 2021. This conference was organized on the occasion of 70th anniversary of AUT. On behalf of co-authors, Prof Xhelil Koleci presented a poster at ICOALS3 on the SOUND control COST Action on the importance of control programs for cattle diseases, type of CPs which are applied in European countries, and the disease status for anthrax, bluetongue, bovine viral diarrhea, enzootic bovine leukosis, infectious bovine rhinotracheitis, and John’s disease.

          Standardizing output-based surveillance to control non-regulated diseases of cattle in the EU. Several countries have implemented programmes to control non-regulated cattle diseases in the EU, impairing the comparison of the confidence of freedom for cattle originating from different countries.
